Get Involved

Build a circle of support

Your experience can help her take the next step.

Linda’s Girls welcomes conversations with people and organizations in Cleveland and beyond who want to support young women transitioning from foster care.

Mentor & encourage

Express interest in helping a young woman think through goals, build confidence, and prepare for independent life. Share the experience and time you can offer.

Share practical skills

Offer your knowledge in résumé writing, interviews, GED preparation, cooking, or everyday life skills. Opportunities are discussed according to current needs.

Contribute resources

Ask about useful educational materials, professional clothing, or essential supplies before arranging a contribution so it can meet an identified need.

Community partnerships

Stronger connections. More possibilities.

Schools, employers, churches, community organizations, and professionals can explore referral relationships, educational resources, career preparation, or sponsorship.

Share your interest

1. Introduce yourself

Tell us your background, organization, interests, and availability.

2. Discuss a useful fit

We can explore how your contribution aligns with current needs and the young women’s goals.

3. Confirm arrangements

Agree on the role, expectations, and any preparation before beginning. Expressing interest does not automatically create a volunteer placement.
